Thanks to its angled inner tent, the Outpost 2 Travel Line by Wechsel provides enough lying space even for taller people to be able to relax after a strenuous day outdoors. The apse has steep walls so that two people can sit in it comfortably while enjoying their evening meal and reliving the events of the day. The large front entrance gives a great view, but the inside of the tent is also accessible via the small side entrance during bad weather. The vestibule has extensive roof ventilation to prevent heat build-up, which is a useful feature, especially on sunny days. A ventilation opening at the rear of the tent takes care of airflow inside the tent, providing good oxygen circulation together with the mosquito gauze of the D-shaped entrance door. The flysheet and the floor are robust, durable and water repellent. The PU coating gives the floor a hydrostatic head of 7,000 mm, so moisture from the ground doesn’t stand a chance of penetrating into the inside of the tent. The asymmetrical shape of the tunnel tent gives the Outpost 2 high wind stability, so it won’t flutter in the wind. With plenty of space, good ventilation and stability, the tunnel tent is very well-suited to longer camping holidays.
