How is the fit of this shoe?
For road running I'm using Saucony Guide stability shoes (UK13) which fit my narrow foot very well. I have been looking after trail running shoes and tried some options now without much success. How would you evaluate the Peregrine 14 is compared to the Guide model with regards to fit and stability? (I normally run stability shoe for road)

To help us make a correect comparison, which model of the Guide do you have?
It's the Saucony - Guide 15 (US14)
The PEREGRINE 14 will give you that secure fit that you're looking for but may be slightly less stable.
I would also have a look at the likes of the Hoka Speedgoat 5 as an alternative. It's a well constructed trail shoe, yet nimble. Stable and with a wide base.
Might be an idea to order a couple of shoes to try at home and return those that do not fit for a refund.
