The Space Station Dome Tent from Mountain Hardwear could be the hub of your basecamp on your next alpine and high-altitude expeditions. The dome tent is large enough to accommodate approx. 15 people, making it a perfect dining hall, meeting place or communications centre. The dome shape minimises wind load, and the heavy-duty material and strong poles provide strength and durability, even in stormy and snow conditions. This tent is a great place to discuss weather forecasts, go over tactics or organise gear. The tent has three entrances so that you can always use the entrance facing away from the wind. There are five UVX windows, which not only make for a brighter interior but also allow you to check out the weather without having to leave the tent. Of course, you can wait out bad weather in Space Station Dome Tent as well. The fly is made of tear-resistant nylon fabric, the poles of DAC Pressfit material. This tent is the ideal basecamp for mountaineers and expeditionists!
