You’ll be prepared for all eventualities with the Bivanorak from Hilleberg! Originally developed as a survival tool for air force pilots, the Bivanorak has proven itself to be a universal form of weather protection for anybody who likes to go light when adventuring outdoors. It’s made of breathable nylon ripstop fabric with a hydrostatic head of 3000 mm, so it’ll shield you from rain and water. Basically, the Bivanorak is a bivvy bag with the added bonus that it has sleeves and a hood so that you can wear it like a poncho.The anorak is wide enough to accommodate a sleeping mat and sleeping bag. For added flexibility, the Bivanorak comes complete with drawcords at the hood, cuffs, waist and hem. That way, you wear it as an anorak and shield yourself and a small rucksack from the elements. Regardless of what you’re planning – be it a longer trip in bad weather, a mini-adventure with overnight stay somewhere or if you just need a back-up to stuff in your pack –, the Hilleberg Bivanorak will keep you covered in bad weather!
