If you're talking about shoe insoles, unfortunately I can't give you an answer on that and the manufacturer doesn't give any informations.
We don't have the products in front of us, but in a fully automated, external warehouse.
So I can't go to the shelf and look at the goods.
Ultimately, the only thing that helps here, is to try out the item and the best thing would be a shoe size larger.
The return would be free of charge and no problem at all.
