When the mountains are calling, respond with the G10 by Grivel! This ten-point crampon is a solid all-rounder suitable for ski touring, glacier hiking and light mountaineering. It can be adjusted to your individual size quickly and without any additional tools. With its 10 points, the G10 is ideal for women and children whose smaller shoe sizes don't fit twelve-point models. The package includes anti-balling plates with an accordion system to stop snow building up under your boot. The G10 is not suitable for wide (ski) boots, but Grivel makes a wider version, the G10 Wide!
Info about binding systems:
Cramp-O-Matic is a lever binding for crampon-compatible boots (welt on both the toe and heel).
New Matic consists of a lever on the rear and a plastic harness on the front for boots that are partly crampon-compatible (heel welt only).
New Classic is a binding made up of plastic straps on the front and rear for all types of mountaineering and trekking boots (no welts required).
